Invoicing in Switzerland, without the headache
Since the orange and red payment slips were retired in 2022, the QR-bill has been the standard way to get paid in Switzerland. Its rules are strict (IBAN or QR-IBAN, reference, addresses), and one mistake can get the payment rejected by your client's bank.
With a spreadsheet or a word processor, you also have to check who has paid yourself. And full accounting software is often too heavy and too expensive for a freelancer.

Are the QR-bills compliant?
Yes. They follow the Swiss QR-bill standard and can be paid from any Swiss bank, via e-banking or a banking app.
How much does it cost?
The free plan lets you create unlimited QR-bills for one user. The Pro plan, at CHF 19 a month, lets you invite your whole team.
Do I need a QR-IBAN?
No, a regular IBAN is enough. A QR-IBAN, provided by your bank, mainly helps match each payment automatically through the QR reference.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They receive the invoice by email and pay it like any other QR-bill.
