A proper tool, without the weight of a bank
Since FinIA came into force, independent asset managers need FINMA authorisation and must document their work thoroughly. Yet many still track portfolios and client files in spreadsheets.
The portfolio management systems on the market are often built for banks or large family offices: expensive, slow to roll out, and oversized for a firm of a few people.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The free plan covers up to 5 clients. The Pro plan, at CHF 39 a month with no commitment, allows unlimited clients.
How is the data protected?
Every account is protected by two-factor authentication (TOTP), and roles (administrator, manager, client) limit who sees what.
Can custodian banks be connected?
Not yet: automatic consolidation of bank data is in preparation. Meanwhile, positions are imported from a CSV file.
Do my clients have access to their portfolio?
Yes, through a client portal where they can see their positions and performance.
How is performance calculated?
With the simple Dietz method: deposits and withdrawals are neutralised so that only investment performance is measured. It's an approximation of the time-weighted return (TWR).
